Sweet Heats Catering is owned and operated by Executive Chef Gerrod Garner. His journey started in the Midwest where he earned his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts during the year of 2002. Wanting to further his knowledge in the food service field, he went back to school and acquired a certification in Dietary Management by the year 2004. After several years of gathering varied experience ranging from restaurants, correctional facilities, universities and hospitals, Chef G decided to take his talents to Dallas, TX by 2011. The Levy Restaurant group extended a Head Chef position in Fairview, TX where he thrived for 2 years and went on to start Sweet Heats Catering!
